Overwatch Counseling Services is a private clinical practice for adults and couples who are strong, capable, and exhausted from carrying more than anyone realizes.

Overwatch Counseling Services offers traditional counseling shaped for people who have spent years overriding their own needs. This is not about labeling you as broken; it is about understanding why you feel the way you do and what could be different.

In counseling you and your therapist

  • name what has actually happened and what it has cost

  • notice patterns that once protected you and now keep you stuck

  • explore how those patterns affect your relationships, your work, your sense of self

  • practice new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating that create room for rest and connection

 

The goal is simple and profound; life should not require this much effort just to feel bearable. You will not be told what to do. You will be offered clear choices and supported in making deliberate decisions that hold up in real life.

Depending on what fits you best, this work can happen in a traditional session setting, via telehealth, or at times through Walk and Talk sessions.

Overwatch Counseling Services is led by Will Kimmins, LCPC, a licensed clinical professional counselor with a long history in high consequence environments. Before becoming a therapist, Kimmins served within Army Special Operations and carried responsibility for people and decisions that mattered.

That background shapes the way he practices. He understands what it means to hold difficult stories, to perform at a high level, and to feel the impact in private. Clients experience him as calm, clear, and unflinching; someone who can hear the full truth without turning away. His work is anchored in a quiet promise: people trusted him, and he intends to come through for them.

Individual Counseling

For adults who live with anxiety, depression, trauma, moral injury, chronic stress, or a persistent sense that something is not right inside. The work helps you understand how you arrived here and what needs to change so life feels more honest and less heavy.

Couples / Family Counseling

For partners and or families who feel distant, tense, or stuck in the same arguments. Sessions create a structured space to say what has never been said, understand the patterns between you, and rebuild safety, trust, and connection.

Support For Partners Of High Pressure Professionals

For spouses and partners of military members, first responders, clinicians, and other high pressure professionals. Counseling helps you untangle your story from their story and reclaim your voice, needs, and identity.
